Jeffrey Morgan is passionate about bringing new life to old neighborhoods with thoughtfully designed homes that are aesthetically beautiful, energy efficient and built to last.
As the owner of Green Square Design | Construct, Jeff does a little bit of everything to create a home – not just a house – for Green Square’s clients. He aims to make each project a custom-fit that feels like “home” from Day 1.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he obtained a Bachelor of Architecture and Urban Design, and has over 20 years of experience in both the architecture and construction industries.
Jeff lives in a self-restored home in the Fountain Square neighborhood in Indianapolis with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, tennis and cars.
Favorite Green Square Project: “I love the Sile home in Fountain Square – it is one of the best expressions of our interactive design process. It’s also a great example of how we collaborate with clients to create something that is not only beautiful, but also perfectly suits their needs and desires.”
Robert is a key point of contact for projects at Green Square in that he works directly with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers and field employees throughout the life of each project. He is the team member who manages and oversees the construction from start to finish. He builds the project schedule and keeps it moving.
Robert’s passion is guiding a planned project from ground breaking to completion utilizing cutting edge construction practices. Whether it’s a home or office, he aims to help clients realize their goals for their space and make it energy efficient.
His career kicked off as a carpenter’s apprentice/journeyman carpenter through the Max S. Hays Vocational School in Cleveland, Ohio. He has earned a teaching license via Indiana State University in the area of trade/industrial trades, as well as insurance adjustor and home inspector licenses for the State of Indiana.
Robert and his wife have four adult children and they live on the north side of Indianapolis.
Favorite Green Square Project: “For me, the best project thus far is the Sile residence because of the modern and eco-friendly design.”

He and his spouse live in Indianapolis along with three cats, some chickens and a petulant groundhog. His hobbies include kickboxing, urban farming, travel and learning just enough of every language to be able to tell when people are talking about him.

He is involved in all design aspects of Green Square projects from conception through space planning, developing the aesthetics, and selecting the best materials for the project. He loves seeing a design evolve from a concept sketch to a finished product.
